Solid food lagi

Walaupun dah 2nd baby, tp aku tetap kena buat revision...lupa abih dahh..

Sebagai kesimpulan, bleh dikatakan for a start ni, baby bleh mkn:
  • grains: rice, oat (yg di blend) sahaja, atau campor puree atau EBM
  • fruits: kurma, apple, pear, pisang
  • veggies: carrots, brokoli, potato, pumpkin, bayam
*protein (ikan, ayam, daging) takleh bg lg sampai umur 8 bulan*

bila Sofeya dah rasi dgn suma2 ni n takda allergic, bleh la aku mulakan operasi simpan frozen solid food plak...penuh la freezer aku pasni...
